Anyone ever use breastmilk in their cooking/baking??

I have a few containers of breastmilk in the freezer that's getting ready to go bad, and I hate to just throw them out. I guess some people would be grossed out by the idea, but I think it would be truly beneficial for a little added nutritional value. Any suggestions?

It works in just about anything. Pancakes, muffins, bread...

I made some muffins with it one time. They were very, very rich. My friend used it for a few different things, one of them mashed potatoes I think? She said it was good. I'm guessing it works in place of milk in just about anything. You will just have to expect it to be richer. And make sure you don't try to feed it to anyone else without their knowledge. People get SUPER weirded out even thinking about consuming human milk. It's a respect thing, even if they would never find out. My muffins were only consumed by me and my still-nursing child. I told someone about it once and they got very angry at me, thinking I was serving them to company on the sly. Why he would assume that I don't even know. But it goes to show how people feel about it.

Oh and I accidentally made butter with the milk one time. I was mixing it with something in the blender and all the cream rose to the top. You could separate it, salt the butter, and use the skim milk for cooking and baking probably.

I would probably make smoothies so I didn't cook out any additional nutrients.
