small(ish) house & rapidly growing family - help me figure this out!! - Page 2

I used a hanging sweater organizer in the closet for baby stuff, as I didn't have room for large dressers and with the dog, I had to put stuff up and away. It helped it look neat and kept me organized.

I'll have to keep an eye out for fisher price pod-like things and mini-cribs. Both of those sound handy if I can find one at a reasonable price. The pod thing does sound perfect and everyone in the family seems to want to buy baby things...

DP thinks she wants a wetpail/bag on each floor, and outside on the porch might just work for the main floor. It's an enclosed porch, so I wouldn't even have to bring it in at night, and it is right off the living room (probably where I'd change a baby on that floor)... Then I could get a really small pail for upstairs. Or a hanging bag. Somethign that fits in the bathroom, I think. Downstairs I'll just chuck them in the washing machine - I'll be washing constantly anyhow....

1000 sq ft is a regular family appartment here! For diapering, you might try something like this wall mounted foldable one, http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/70143208 :
