Glider Cushion Pattern??

I need replacement cushions for my rocker/glider. Does anyone have a pattern to make these?

I don't have a pattern but I am thinking of doing this also, cutting a 2-inch natural latex mattress topper as the foam.

We did this by using foam padding and using the original cushion as a base for the pattern... it turned out GREAT. I'll try and post a photo later if I can find one.
