Hey active mamas, I would like to pick up some tips on how you stay active and fit while going about your day and share my own routine.
I work part time but when Im not I go to baby groups, storytimes, baby art class, early learning groups things like that, I try to go everyday, and before or after I go I aim for a 30 min up to 2 hour walk. My baby loves it and he gets fresh air, sunshine and a normally good nap.
While Im at work, Im on my feet so I try as much as possible to keep my back aligned and tuck my hips forward for my pelvic tilt.
What do you do?
