I think you need to take documentation of Owen's sn's to court. The court may already have that documentation, but I think you need an updated one. Contact Owen's dr's and get them to write something up - you don't want overnights ordered b/c this is not your average 6yo who can be excited about going on an overnight with someone they don't have a relationship with - and you need the documentation to prove it. (I hope that didn't offend you - I don't know much about Owen's sn's, but from what you've posted before about his autism it doesn't sound like being thrown into overnights with someone he doesn't know would be in his best interest.)
