So, sales are AWESOME. We all love them and normally posting a head's up about them is not a problem.
However - in this case, posts to advertise a company were required for individuals to take advantage of a sale ~and~ the number of advertising posts an individual made affected the amount of a discount s/he could receive from that company. Per the User Agreement, Mothering does not allow advertising or linking in posts that would financially benefit the person posting them. (in this case bigger % off)
