Dress I created for my DD today, loove me some shirring!

Feeling all creative & stuff here recently..

Plan to make the tot (2yr old) a similar dress, just not as long. My 5yr old INSISTED on this dress going to her ankles because it is "more like a party dress when it is long",

So sweet! You did a great job, and your DD looks so proud to be wearing something her mama made.

Is it shirring around the bodice? I've always wanted to try doing that.

Yes, shirring around the bodice and also the sleeves (that is what is giving them the ruffle look )
