I have been jogging through this pregnancy and I am now just about 32 weeks. I will be traveling for 10 days and will not have a way to run at all (no jogger for DD and it will be really HOT). Anyways, I will hopefully be able to walk some and do some fitness videos, but I am wondering how to approach getting back into it once I am back. I will be almost 34 weeks when I get back and my goal is to run up to delivery.
I jog about 10 miles per week (2 miles/ 5 times a week).
Any hints and suggestions?
