Ohhhh mine don't have PUL, they have fleece backing, that's probably why they don't slip!

I use Party in my parnts too. I found what helped was using one of the flannel boosters underneat the pad kept it in place wonderfully! Also, I found the cotton topped ones slipped the most.

On the site Amy's Rag Bags there is an order section for boosters. It's a double layerd flannel topped or sometimes flannel on both sides long rectangle (there are shapes too). It goes under the soaker pad for extra absorbancy. I have a few of her pads that I use for night time, they have a topper (soaker), booster (I don't need it, but I had a few for postpartum incase it was heavier), and bottom.
