Normal or not?
This past weekend, DH and I wre doing a 4 day long trade show for our business at our local fair. Well we ended up getting two really dirty thunderstorms and one that just skirted us. I am PETRIFIED of thunderstorms!! The first two I knew were coming and I tried to keep myself calm. The third and final storm, however just snuck up on me. DH and I had just walked out of the building and there it was. A wall cloud spawning I don't know how many funnel clouds. I freaked! All I could think about was getting DD home and into the basement as fast as possible. It was about a 1/2 mile walk to our truck from the building. Anyways, once we got to the truck I noticed I was having a contraction. It went away briefly but came back with a vengeance about 30 seconds later. I had a few in our 5 minute drive home. Once we got home and in the house I sat down and could barely get back up because my uterus was so tight. It was painful but not like active labor painful. This also happened during the other two storms but not nearly as bad. After the storms were over and I calmed down, they'd go back to being normal non-painful BH ctx. Oh and the storm that was spawning all those funnel clouds started dropping tornados just on the edge of town!
