Where to find tiny underwear?

My 18 month old is now in underwear full time during the day... Or would be if I could find some small enough! Right now I have her in gerber trainers sized 18 months, but they are so big and baggy and we don't need the padding (we are at 0-1 misses a day and they are usually just a partial). She is 19 pounds and a little skinny mini. Who sells the smallest underwear? Or does anyone have a pattern?

Off the top of my head, I know EC Wear has teeny tiny underwear.

We have a couple from EC wear but they are pretty thick too and expensive. I buy my daughter the ELMO or other character panties from Target in size 2-3. She is 19 months and 20 3/4 punds but has been wearing them since she was about 14 months old and in them fulltime since 17 months. If they are even a little big just wash them a few times first, they are perfect for her now and she loves to wear her favorites.

I love the EC Wear tiny undies too!! They worked GREAT when my dd was too small for department store underwear (up to about 26 lbs for us.) (That's my little girl in the photos on the site....!!!!!) (I'm not affiliated with that site or anything, I just love Marija and her site!!!!)
