Which goldenseal capsules for GBS?

I'd like to use goldenseal gel capsules vaginally for GBS started at 38 or 39 weeks, but I'd like to make sure that whatever I get will actually dissolve in there and get to work. I assume I would want something with liquid (not dried herbs) inside the capsule, right?

Does anyone have any specific brand recommendations? It is hard to tell online and even in the store I don't want to go around opening the bottles....

Goldenseal & GBS

I have my GBS positive clients, and those who were positive in a previous pregnancy & those who want to do the prevention w/out the test, do a very gentle vaginal wash 2x's day in the 3 weeks before so called due date. I made up a recipe for this way back in 1990 & not a single client has tested positive for it, if they do the rinse. Goldenseal is only one of the ingredients; however, the main one. My clients pick up whatever brand of goldenseal they want to use, loose dried or in capsule. One has to dissolve the goldenseal in warm liquid. The birth Ctr. that I worked with last year had me to give out the recipe/instructions to any interested clients, too. PM if you want more info
