At least I think this is my circulation! I've always been on a slightly cool side, nothing major. Like my feet would be cold if I walk on a cold floor, and then I put my socks on, and they'd warm up pretty fast. And I sometimes would need a light sweater when DH is just in a t-shirt.
But this is what happened in this last month. At first, I noticed that when I hold my toddler with my foot crossed over to my other knee, the foot on top gets quite tingly.
Then as I was reading to the kids in bed, the hand holding the book got tingly. At that point I still didn't much of it.
Then a naturopathic dr did a finger prick for my blood type, and she could barely get a drop. She told me my circulation was poor, and I thought back to my experiences, and realised that tingling in my feet was more severe than before, and i've never had tingling in my hands before!
Then within days I noticed that my feet get cold while overall it is warm outside, and it is hard to warm them up. I went to bed with cold feet, and woke up several hours later with cold feet! This has never happened before either.
And last night, even if my feet felt warm, I could still feel tingling in my toes.
The only things that I've recently changed are: 1. I started taking large doses of vitamin D 2. Started taking fish oil or hemp oil daily (was sporadic before).
I can't think of anything else that changed.
My overall appointment with the naturopath wasn't a positive experience, so I'm not going back to her, and I won't go to another one for several months.
She wanted me to take B6 complex, but I ended up getting the B complex, and this is what I've been taking for the last 5 days.
