1 being the lowest and 10 being optimal.
I was wondering where a "healthy" person would be. I know that if I wasn't nursing at night, I'd be 9-10. With frequent night wakings I'm at about 7.5, and I feel this is an "okay" state. I don't feel constantly tired, but I wouldn't mind a nap
On the other hand, in the last 8 years I've had many periods of interrupted sleep, so maybe I don't even know anymore how a 10 feels.
Is 7.5 too low for a healthy individual? Can one have interrupted sleep and still function at 9-10? How would you rate yourself?
