Hi there... I really hope this is in the right spot, and I am just looking for some advice/thoughts/opinions on wth is up w/ my cycles. Before I had ds1, my cycles were 100% unpredictable.
Between ds1 and ds2, my period came back ~9 months and was then like clockwork till I got preggo w/ ds2 ~19 months - every 28 days, once it was 29. Clockwork. Came back ~5 or so months w/ ds2 (he's 11 months now fwiw), and have seemed fairly regular, albiet very long - ~35 days, so a full week longer than 'normal'.
But this month, I'm up to 40 days and no af!! DH & I have been super good about using protection (condoms) ever since ds2 was born, so I'm not too freaked out (yet). I've taken a couple pregnancy tests the last two days, and they show negative, but I just do *not* understand wtf is up w/ my cycles. At all. At what point would you goto your doctor and get checked to *MAKE SURE* you aren't pregnant? You just see all these 'I didn't know I was pregnant' shows on tv about all these ladies who tested and showed neg when they were in fact pregnant.... so yeah. WWYD??
