I'd say it's more likely fleas.
Scabies doesn't look like bug bites. And scabies mites are usually unseen by the human eye.
Scabies like to stay in warm dark areas, like your torso and genitals but the have to start someplace like your hands or feet...someplace with tough skin.
If you have scabies, you'll usually find the burrow tracks in your palms or feet first. Those don't itch, but the stuff on the tummy and other places will. The scabies burrow tracks will just look almost like a little line of dead skin...a very thin line and often times it can be spiraled as well.
Scabies bites from mature mites on your body will tend to look more like a rash than isolated bites and they itch and burn like a mofo.
Scabies are INSANELY contageous. It's kind of like lice....when you treat, you have to treat EVERYTHING with what you use....all your clothes, bedding, everything. It's a pain.
I had scabies one time while I was traveling abroad and I was given what ammounts to an insecticidal lotion for humans. I had to be VERY dilligent in using it. Scabies are tenacious. I don't know of anything natural that kills them.
But, like I said, if you see the bugs and you just seem to have some bites here and there, it could just be fleas. It's flea season and you don't need to have animals to have fleas. Fleas are much easier to treat......just get a carpet and furniture spray and use them on your home for a week. Also, treat your outside as well...if you have fleas but no pets, you probably have them via neighborhood pets leaving them around the outside of your house. It happens.
