Milkies breast milk collector

Has anyone used one of these Milkies breast milk collectors? If you have, how did it work for you?

I've decided the best thing for us right now is to feed at one breast each feeding while letting the other one freely flow. Wow, what a mess! I've been using a towel to soak up the flow, but it gets soaked and is hard to keep in place while baby is at the other breast.

While this product seems like a good idea it looks big (6x7in). I'm only a C cup and wonder if it will fit properly in my bra. Plus, I was told not wearing a bra at night would be a good idea, but I would have to if I were going to use this Milkie.

Decisions, decisions...

I did not use the milkies, but I did use the avent breast milk saver, and it worked great. (although it looked odd). you can find them at babies r us, and they are cheaper too.

I did that because I wanted to save the milk-- if I didn't care, I'd be using disposable breast pads.

At night I was using a prefold.

hth!

It's pretty useful for daytime feedings. I could save 1-2oz per feeding at the beginning. Helped build up a nice stash without pumping. It is bulky (ie, you wouldn't want to use it in public), but it should fit you fine. I'm a C-D (depending on time of day), and it worked well for me.

At night I always just had to use a nursing pad and yes, that means a sleep bra for me. I've never been able to go bra-less while nursing.
