White cotton interlock source?

Hello everyone!

I'm looking for white fabric for doll skin that I can dye. I pretty successfully overdyed some peach fabric, but it seems like it would be better to start with white. However, I can only find it outside of the US. Dharma's looks too thin and all the usual doll supply places only seem to have skin colors. Can anyone direct me? I made a blue baby Krishna doll that is just adorable and I want to make more.
