Cuterbra larva (wolf) in my cat

One of my tom cats who is semi feral appears to have a wolf (fly larva) in his jaw. :Puke I have dealt with them in kittens and had the vet remove them but never in an adult cat. I first thought he was bitten in a fight but now it is pretty obvious what is going on though I didnt sit and watch for it to show itself because he wont be still long enough.

I am wondering is there any natural ways to remove them other than having the vet do it?

Poor guy I feel so badly for him though he seems to be doing OK other than the hole there. I cant take him to the vet until Thursday at the earliest we just dont have the $ right now. So I would love to be able to get it gone before then.

I am not a sqweemish person I have drained absesses on cats many times from where they fight but I cannot remove it myself. Not only would the cat hurt me but the thought makes me gag.

Yep nasty little bugger made his presence known :Puke It is pretty good size since the hole is about the size of a pencil eraser. I noticed the swelling about 2 weeks ago so I guess the thing is almost ready to emerge as a fly :Puke
