PUPPS on my neck?

With one of my pregnancies (their name is legion and I just can't remember which, LOL!) I had PUPPS, but it started on my belly and I think my hands also itched. Now I have this weird rash on my neck that won't go away. Could this be PUPPS?

Could it be a heat rash? It's a pretty common spot for one.

I don't think so. I mean, it's hot as Hades, but I've been hanging cool in the AC. It's really itchy too.

I had puppps everywhere but never got it on my neck or face. If it's not anywhere
Else id guess it's just a rash

Usually PUPPPs is just in spots where you have stretchmarks/swelling. I had it all over my belly, my hips and my feet, but have trouble imagining it on my neck.

Maybe get it checked out? I would guess heat rash too.
