Question on astrology and this summer...

Last time I asked, you ladies were spot on! You promised delays and delays is what we've got on our plate.

So here is another question... In the remaining summer, what would be a good time to sign contracts and start projects? What wouldn't be a good time?

All I know is that it's supposed to be a crazy summer energy wise. My guess is not so great for contracts and such. But if it can't be avoided, it can't. I'm just trying to stay grounded and focused, although I feel very insane some moments. Do you feel it? Hopefully Tracy will add something helpful. Just hold on for dear life is all I know...
