Colorful Carrot Juice hmm I think this could be an experiment, I hope I do see all the colors when I start to blend.
* 1 small beet
* 1 pear
* 1 apple
* small piece of ginger
* 2 inches salsify root
* 4 celery stalks
* 10-12 carrots
* 1 small parsnip
Wash everything and cut into smaller sections. Juice and be surprised at the wonderful colors before you mix it all together.
