Safe Diaper Cream?

Thread Starter
I just started cloth diapering my 23 month old a few weeks ago. We have our first diaper rash. I think it might be from the extreme heat we are having. Can anyone tell me what creams are safe for cloth? I have california baby diaper rash cream. I put some on and put him in a disposable for the night until I can figure out what diaper cream is safe to use with his cloth diapers.

THANKS!!

I had the same question, so I've been looking around today.

Found this: Diaper Rash Creams for Use with Cloth Diapers

And another website selling cloth said California Baby diaper rash cream was okay for cloth.

Method from Target. Its marshmallow and something else (can't remember)
It is so gentle and works great. It also comes off cloth effortlessly.

I've loved the Northern Essense. It smells great - DD loves to smell it! I haven't had any problems using it and I never use a liner. Was on PP's list as being ok for cloth.
