Can I change his visitation?

Right now exh has unlimited visitation,as long as he is sober.Lately he's been sober less and less,and the last time I let him stay here (for this past weekend),he stole money from me.So I can't trust him even sober.I'd like to get supervised visits.I have no money to hire a lawyer,so I was thinking maybe legal aide can help me.Does anyone have any experience with this?Thanks!

For the time being, could you do visits in public (meet at a park)?

I'd like to do that,but I can't get a hold of him.I have to wait until he shows up,then ask him to go.He'll get all pissed off and probably leave(which isn't a bad thing).I can try though.
