Gluten
Soy
Corn
Dairy
Nuts (peanuts and tree nuts)
Fish/shellfish
Citrus
Banana

I am sure there is info on here but I am tired, on percocet and had a really crappy visit with a nutritionist who wanted to give my kid a pack of freaking GF oreos and didn't have much more helpful info.

Maybe the mercola one for kids (pretty allergen free) or the 'super nutrition perfect kids' multi (although I'm afraid it might have citrus...) I believe they are both free of

Gluten
Soy
Corn
Dairy
Nuts (peanuts and tree nuts)
Fish/shellfish

Not sure about the citrus (or banana).

Good luck mama! If you find something, please post it here!!!!

I think Mercola's is only free of soy protein, so if like my dd, your child reacts to vit e derived soy than that won't work.
We had no problems with Perque brand chewables but they are supposed to be practitioner only and can be hard to find. I did order them from Naturamart, now Vital Bee before though.

Nano VM made by solace nutrition is free of all of those I think. Although I'm not sure about the citrus. They are super helpful though so if you call or email them they will gladly tell you what else is in it. It does have vitamin C, so I would ask about that part. Otherwise, it is free of everything else on your list.

It's a powdered form of vitamin so you can mix it in with whatever you want (jelly, maple syrup, or you can sometimes hide it in foods). It has different age grouped vitamins (0-3 years old) (3 yrs and up). I use the 0-3 yr. old one for my toddler and although it doesn't say it's corn free he tolerates it no problem (and he is super sensative to corn). The older age one specifically says that it is also corn free.

We avoid the same foods. We did not see a nutritionist, but added lots of avocados, sunbutter, all meats, soups, homemade baked items.
For multivitamin, try Kirkmanlabs.com or rhinebeckhealth.com

My ds doesn't take it, but I've considered this for him b/4 when looking at multis. I'm glad I didn't buy it. That is pretty shady marketing, as I swear it says free of soy...
