So, we've had thrush for about 3 weeks now and DD is 6 weeks old. I have also had mastitis twice so it has been a hard road to get here but we are at 6 weeks and my girl is growing nicely.
My only problem is this thrush. I have a crack on each nipple that won't heal and my breasts HURT and the pain radiates into my back and armpit, my nipples are shiny and itchy. I have used gentian violet, high dose probiotics and treating the laundry with vinegar, and APNO.
I just bought my GSE and I have been taking in for about 5 days and now I notice it has oregano in it!!! Is this safe? I have a feeling it isn't, and I was even using the tincture diluted on my nipples and it has oil of oregano in it
Did I harm my baby and what do I do now?
I guess the first thing is to find some GSE WITHOUT oregano in it?
