Thank you. I know I wasn't being completely mindful last week. I was tense from family visits & lack of yoga, so I probably rushed my way a bit. Plus, I was watching Shiva Rea -who is the 'first trimester' one to watch and I was trying to match her. My bad!! Of course a minute later, she references the second trimester woman and says, 'notice how she doesn't push the pose.' LOL

I will take it easy for a bit & limp like an old lady when it hurts.
