really easy meals [I have a newborn]

...and although I love Indian/Thai/easy chickens and ready made Quiche I think I'm going to gear up and start cooking. Does anyone have any EASY ideas for breakfast/lunch and dinners as well as snacks? I have a 2 1/2 year old, and a 1 week old.

Thanks!

I have two little ones... and the only way I can survive is with my crockpot and my bread machine. I throw the ingredients in the cp in the am... throw other ingredients in the bread machine and I have homemade bread and soup/whatever for dinner. (Other than they take longer to bake/cook, but that's hands free/brain free cooking). It's as healthy as I want to make it... i.e. some nights it's a super healthy veggie soup, other nights it's an open can/dump dinner that is less healthy, but healthier than eating fastfood.
I also cook steel cut oats in the cp overnight for oatmeal for breakfast a few nights a week.

Homemade quiche isn't that much more difficult than pre-made, if you buy a pre-made crust.
