EDD: second half of March (I'm so not buying my Dr's interpretation of my due date!! My cycle is normally 45-70 days, so I'm pretty sure I'm not as pregnant as my last period plus two weeks...)

How long it took to you to get your BFP: Shocker! we weren't trying, we were drunk in Italy and managed to get pregnant at this late date!

What number child is this for you: 1st

Family: me and my boyfriend who lives/works 425 miles away

Birth plans/preferences: drugs, all the drugs!! Or just hit me in head.

finally joining!

At just past 13 weeks, I'm finally feeling ready to join instead of lurking...

* EDD: March 20

* Name: Beastie

* Age: 30 in November!

* How long it took to you to get your BFP: We used an anonymous donor from a sperm bank; we got pregnant on our first try, then found out that the fetus had a neural tube defect and terminated at 13 weeks. We waited almost a year, tried again, and got pregnant again on the first try!

* What number child is this for you: 1st.

* Family (partner, other children, and/or furbabies): me, DP, and three dogs.

* Baby's gender (hopes or guesses): No idea! I'd call this the sex, though, since gender happens later...

* Birth plans/preferences: As few interventions as possible, at a local birth center.

* Anything else you'd like to share: I'm queer, and my partner is a female to male (FTM) transsexual. So we look straight, but we're not! This is pretty much a non issue in the pregnancy, but it may come up as we go along.

Hello.

* EDD: March 28th.

* Location:Canada
* Child #: 2
* Family: DH, DD1(5yrs), 1 dog, 2 cats
* Gender: Think maybe it's a boy because I am so much more sick than with dd (but feel a bit better now). Find out in 6 weeks hopefully.
* Birth Plan: No pain meds if possible, doula in hospital, as I have to go to another town to have baby, and there is no birth centre nearby. Would prefer home birth or birth centre and waterbirth.
