Need suppers and snacks that are gluten/dairy/egg and more free...

I'm trying to menu plan because I am getting overwhelmed with coming up with meals at the last minute now for Toad.

We are taking out all of his "mild" reaction foods in addition to the ones he's already been off to see if we can make a difference that way to his reactions.

So I need supper ideas or snacks that have no:
*gluten
*dairy
*soy
*egg
*sugar
*baker's yeast
*corn
*mushroom
*tomato
*lettuce
*asparagus
*lima bean
*kidney bean
*lentil
*cranberry
*pineapple
*almond
*peanut
*pecan
*sesame

I'm stumped. I'd ideally like to have a week's worth at least. He's a picky eater if he gets offered the same thing over and over, even if he likes it. And snacks that are easy to offer would be great too (I have safe fruits to give him which he loves, but would love other ideas too).

Rice crackers might work, though it's hard to find them prepared without any of the items on your list. Maybe someone has a recipe that you can use with safe rice flour if you have a source.

Re meals: Does Toad eat meat? Try a stir-fry with beef or chicken, broccoli, red peppers, olive oil.

If black beans, or any variety of beans, are OK, maybe a dip to go with carrots or celery if they're not a problem (or crackers or safe rice chips if you can find them). Both DS1 and DS2 have trouble with raw carrots but can eat them cooked, and DS2 loves them oven-roasted with a little olive oil and sea salt.

Fruit is always a go to here. Apple, pears, strawberries and the like. Rice crackers with sunbutter.

These are a hit here.

We do a beefy rice that DS likes. Like stuffed peppers without the peppers You can make an oil/spice sauce for it. Stirfry. Shredded pork. Crock pot chicken or ribs?

On the go snacks....freeze dried fuits and/or veggies. I also make my own crackers from safe flours. I use alot of gluten free oats mixed in with things like quinoa flour to help make it complete protein. If you can do rice, you can make your own rice crackers from rice flour. They are super easy and are great on the go snacks. I make my own graham crackers, salty crackers for snacks....I cut them into fun shapes sometimes (like animal crackers) to help add interest.

I make un-granola bars with nut butter, sun butter works fine, honey and cruched rice chex. i use like 1/2c honey and nut butter and maybe 3/3 to 1c crushed chex.

Lara balls are a hit here too
equal parts dates and nuts (can you use cahsews?) and then I add different dried fruit pieces and coconut sometimes coconut oil to smooth it out a a bit.
