What to do with fresh raspberries?

I went raspberry picking with DS the other day and we came home with more than I know what to do with. I didn't really think this through ahead of time! Berry picking just sounded like fun!

I've already flash frozen 2 pints of the raspberries and made a batch of freezer jam. I probably have at least 6 pints left. I can make more jam and flash freeze a bunch more, but I'd like a little more variety. I think I'll make a raspberry chiffon pie tomorrow and use some in a salad or two so we can enjoy something now. Is there anything else I can do with them?

You can puree and strain them (to remove the seeds) and serve it over homemade vanilla pudding with fresh peaches. AMAZING flavor combo. Peches cardinal.

Mmmm...make some into a syrup and pour over some fresh pancakes or waffles.

we made raspberry pancakes for dinner with the berries the kiddos picked in the yard They were a big hit!

Also, breads, muffins, smoothies, etc..

Homemade Soda

We took the suggestion of the old fashioned soda article in the current issue. We made our raspberries and blueberries we picked into a syrup and then poured over ice with some seltzer water. Super yummy! and I don't even like soda.
