Anyone do Windsor Pilates?

I bought a set of these dvd years ago, prior to having kids when I thought I needed to firm up. Well 3 kids later I really need to firm up, would give anything to have my old "unfirm" body back. Anyway has anyone done these dvds? did they work for you? I am thinking of trying them, the work outs are 20-30 minutes which would work for me with the little ones.

I'm 165 right now, just had a baby, and want to get to 135, 128 would put me back to my pre pregnancy weight, haven't been there in 5 years. Next spring, I am going back home for the first time in 6 years with my husband and 3 kiddos and will be in my cousin's wedding, I want to look smashing! I know my eating will have to change not my diet so much as portions. So this would be in addition to my 3-5 mile daily walks.

Pilates definitely works! I've never tried the Windsor one, but I'm sure it's all the same....my friend turned me onto it and I like it, plus I like that it's quick.

I see you just had a baby, come join us in the postpartum weight loss thread!
