How long is Maca good?

How long is MACA liquid good? I bought a bottle when TTC DD January 09. I still have 1/2 bottle or so and was wondering if its still good? I plan to start using it again this winter when DD weans to get my cycles regular again as I have PCOS. Do I need to get a new bottle or is its still potent?

most suplements have a experation date. Does your bottle not have one?

I'd call the manufaturer because it does have an experation date which would of been calculated by the date of harvest.

don't forget that the expiration dates only count if they are unopened.

drat! Its been opened since jan 09. . Maybe I should just toss it and buy new.
