Any good bathing product to help you to sleep?

I have been having a hard time sleeping these days and I remember I used to use Healing Garden's zzztherapy 's bed spray. It helped me to sleep and it smelled soooo good. I haven't used it in ages but I'm just wondering if there are any good bathing product out there that will help me sleep since my DH doesn't like any fragrance on bed.

I would use Johnson & Johnson's baby bedtime bath as my "bubble bath" but it doesn't really help me to sleep but only made me smelling so good!

Calgon Lavender & Vanilla

my doctor recommended it to me for natural stress reliever and to help put me to sleep (I have a lot of problems that result in insomnia)

and a good long soak in a hot bath filled with that has me needing DH to help me out of the tub as I nearly pass out in there!

I second the recommendation for anything with lavender! I use a bath& bodyworks (not natural, but dang does it work!) aromatherapy lotion with lavender and chamomile and it smells sooooo good, and really does help me to relax for sleep.

I also made an eye mask out of satin, and put some lavender and flax seeds inside it. the weight is nice, keeps the light out, and the smell is heavenly.

maybe just some lav. EO added to your regular bath or body wash would help? or a rub down with coconut oil with a few drops of Lav. EO...

I just add lavender essential oil to my bath or rub some on my belly with olive oil before bed (dab a little on your temples, too).

What works even better is Rescue Remedy Sleep (specifically the one for sleep, not the regular kind). I have had terrible insomnia this pregnancy and it really works!

Thank you all for your recommendations! I feel like buying them all but I love the smell of lavender and chamomile. I'll make a of others and keep it in mind if I ever wanted to switch.

I use celtic sea salts in my bath (you add about 1 Cup to the warm bath) and the minerals are absorbed and you get the best night sleep ever. It also calms your nervous system.

Andd I add a few drops of essential oils (usually lavender). Ahhhhhh.

Its 100 degrees here today so that doesn't sound so good right now

Epsom salts in the bath, or you could just take the magnesium orally--it's a muscle relaxant and an all-round anti-stress calming supplement. It really works! (Helps with those midnight leg cramps too.) Just don't take it in labor, since you don't want those muscles relaxed then!

I have used Epsom salts and it doesn't work. I am not liking the idea of taking something orally but something to consider in future though.
