Wow your cycles are long. If you don't mind me asking are you open to trying like soy isoflavones or drugs to shorten your cycle? I am not trying to suggest anything. Maybe you are just trying the way God intended and thats great. I was just curious. Good luck on your O day and being very sticky!!

im just wondering because if you have several positives in a row, and loong cycles, it's a sign of pcos. i know we have chatted before, but i cant remember if you mentioned whether or not that is a possibility? i

Throughout the rest of my cycle I have negatives. I have read that it is quite normal to have 2-3 days positive as you an catch the beginning middle and end o the surge. This and the last are very long and previous to that they tended to be 35-42 days. My cycles have always been long even in my fit years. I have never looked into it really. DS was a surprise and this is the first we have decided to ttc. Tyroid levels are all normal. I don't know if the fact that I am 37 and overweight may be affecting it.

yes, 2, even 3 days of + can be normal, but 4 or 5, less likely, which is why i asked if they are still pos. your last cycle, your opks were + for two days AFTER you o'd, so they were likely pos for at least 4 days. this time you recorded 2 positives before o before you stopped testing, and so i wonder if you continued testing, if they would still be positive.

obesity, or gaining weight over the years is very strongly correlated with pcos due to insulin resistance, although not everyone with pcos is overweight. being overweight and having long cycles but having normal thyroid is also very suspicious for pcos.

if you do have pcos, metformin can do miracles for regulating your cycles, improving fertility, and helping to prevent miscarriage if you do conceive, so it is definitely worth mentioning to your doctor.
