Has anyone else had a bad reaction to Fenugreek? I started taking it a few weeks ago and I got a small rash on my thigh soon after. I didn't think much of it, thought perhaps it was heat rash. A week or two later I was covered in itchy hives. I couldn't imagine why - until I thought it might be the fenugreek. I stopped taking it on Sunday and I think the hives may be subsiding.
Anyone else had a similar reaction? It is listed as a possible allergic reaction, but I haven't had facial swelling or trouble breathing. Googling doesn't turn up much more except that fenugreek can be used to treat hives - oh the irony. Baby seems totally fine.
