homemade goldfish

I grew up eating massive quantities of goldfish crackers and I love them and miss them. I am so psyched to try this recipe (with ww flour instead). it looks so easy. I'd probably just cut it into squares instead of cookie cuttering it into goldfish, but I could see doing it as a rare treat. I thought I'd share the recipe.

i do a similar recipe from The Sneaky Chef which has a white bean puree in it - adds some protein and fiber - and i LOVE them. the only thing is i had trouble getting them crispy in my oven and do them in the dehydrator now.

good luck!

I love goldfish too and what kid doesn't love this snack as well. I like the recipe! It is a nice alternative and I like the idea of making different shapes. This might be something fun to do with your own children as a bonding experience. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
