I had pain related to SPD (symphysis pubis dysfunction) in my first pregnancy and wondered if there is any therapy or treatment I can do before being pregnant again, to hopefully relieve SPD in the future. I would imagine there is a chance I wouldn't have that discomfort again, but it also seems just as likely. Chiropractic care during pregnancy helped.
