Another soy isoflavones thread :-)

This month, i am taking soy. Im taking the lowest dose possible as i already ovulate (i believe) and a too high a dose is counterproductive. Im taking 75mg on days 3-7. Doc yesterday suggested upping the dose to 100mg, which i will do starting today cd5.

The puzzle is this-

I take progesterone for a short luteal phase which im pretty sure is brought on by nursing but have not done blood work to confirm that.

I took a very low dose this month, and thought i could patch up spotting by increasing the dose. I took 40mg only. 8dpo, spotting. Upped the dose. 9dpo morning, red blood and clots. Ok, thats a period right.? Stopped progesterone. 10, 11 dpo, spotting only old blood. Took preg test, neg.
12dpo, more blood and heavier flow. 13dpo, (or cd4) more blood and heavier flow.

I took the first blood on 9dpo to be cd1. But...the progesterone i took the day before, may have delayed heavier flow. So now i am wondering, would the true first day of the period, actually be the day of the heavier flow, ie 11dpo?

Since i took 9po to be cd1, i started the soy regime then.

But...maybe it wasnt.

Anyway, for those who like a puzzle, what do you think? Also, would it change the effect of soy?
