anyone use them? Do you like them? Any reviews or suggestions? I use a Diva cup, but would like options.

I did a little reading about them and got the impression that they were better for a lighter flow. Because of this I chose the DivaCup instead so unfortunately I can't share personal experience, sorry!

I've used them for a few years now. I generally like them. I've noticed the ones I see in stores now seem really giant compared to the ones I was getting a few yrs ago (all from Jade & Pearl).
I have had them leak a a couple times when I didn't change them often enough, but mostly they're great. I don't really ever have a really heavy flow though...if I did, I'm not sure how I'd feel about them. I will warn to be careful removing them if your flow is really really light...if they aren't at least a little soaked, they hurt really bad coming out. Because of that, I don't squeeze all the water out when I rinse them.
As for cleaning, it's pretty simple. I just toss them in a little cup of warm water and tea tree oil for 30min-overnight, rinse, squeeze and I'm good to go. At the end of my cycle, I just let them dry really well then toss them in their little bag. I also get a lot of use out of them. I think it takes well over a year or two for them to start falling apart.
