Hair Loss

I don't think I lost a single hair while pregnant. So, baby just turned 2 months and that's when the postpartum hair loss has started for me in the past. Anyone else starting to see those hairs on your pillow, on your clothes, in the drain, on the floor... It's not too bad for me so far and I'm hoping it stays that way!

We're at 7 weeks and no major loss so far. I'm hoping it stays that way!

I lost SO much hair after ds was born...the worst was all the short new hair. This time, nothing, and it's way too thick, I need some to fall out

I was waiting for someone to ask about this. With DS the hair started falling out around 3 months. It was BAD! My family even noticed as well. I thought I was going to need to invest in a wig! Then around 5 months it started coming back in and by 6 months I was back to normal. I'm anticipating that again this time but nothing falling out yet... Well no more than normal.

Ok. It has hit. The shower drain gets clogged almost daily now. wahhhh

Oh yeah... wicked gross! It started two weeks ago when I was 10 wks pp. First all of Finn's hair fell out (poor kid) and now all of mama's hair is falling out

Yup, DD's 14 weeks and we're both shedding like there's no tomorrow. DD is almost bald, and I just look as tired as I feel.

Same here, only DS is 11wks.

uggg my hair is falling out in CLUMPS, CLUMPS I tell you. Just as I remember it with ds...sigh. That means its gonna get real bad. I was beginning to think I had to invest in some wigs and then right then my hair started growing back. I think I have another 3ish months of this...wahhh.

Oh boy- it's started! I have hair everywhere- ewww!

Have I ever mentioned that my hair is waist-length? So it's tons of really long hair everywhere. Sigh.

Mine started falling out last week. Just in time for me to go back to work. Oh joy. So far, it doesn't seem as bad this time as it was with DD. Time will tell, I suppose... I'm about 3 mo. pp.

For those with older kiddos- how long did you deal with this for previous pp periods? I'm going on 7 weeks of crazy hairloss here and my hair is really thinned out
