Welcome Catheleni!
We have been trying on and on for almost a year.
I am 34 and we are using mostly pro-sperm supplements for dh but I have been worrying about myself as well since after years we are both different. I just take a multi and cod liver oil, but have decided to start taking kelp. The kelp is not a "typical" fertility supplement but I think it may help me due to a genuine low iodine diet combined with possible hypothyroid symptoms. I pondered and learned about this one a lot before I decided to try it. (It seems like a lot of supplements are taken for a specific reason.)
A lot of women take vitex which is balancing for our cycles. I haven't tried it myself.
Have you been charting? It gives you a lot more info to work with when wondering if you are having issues. If you haven't done this it may really help you get PG soon.
I know what it is like to start out relaxed and expecting it to happen quickly, then finding myself in a totally different situation. I look forward to learning more about your story and hopefully seeing you succeed soon!

You may want to join one of the big threads here. There is even one for ladies who are TTC their first child in their 30s.
