Forgive me if this is in the wrong forum, I'm not sure where to post.
I'm still nursing my 17 month old DD pretty frequently. Got my first PPAF 2 months ago and just ovulated for the first time a few weeks ago. I also got my mirena IUD removed at beginning of April. The past couple months my hair has been shedding again. Not quite as bad as post partum, but similarly.
I am wondering if the return of my cycles could be causing this? Has anyone else experienced this? I'm not stressed, take vitamins and eat a ton and don't think it is my thyroid. Could it be from extended BFing? I'm guessing hormonal changed but not sure?
