bedtime prayer/blessing for 4 yr old

We've been doing a very simple, short blessing at mealtime (a la Waldorf), and in the morning, we have a nice "good morning" song... but at bedtime, I am at a loss. I want to have a nice, simple (short), non-religious blessing to say with my DS.

Any suggestions?

TIA!

safe and sound

til the morning
sun comes 'round.

I give a star...

Here is a star for you to wish on
Here is the sun, so warm and bright
Here is the moon for you to think on, for pleasant dreams and a kiss goodnight.

I draw the shapes on their foreheads then I give them a star in each of their palms. As I'm leaving the room I ask them to hold their hands up and open so I can "see" the color of their stars... the thing is, I can only see their stars if the light is turned down very, very low. I do the stars on the hands because my son has cerebral palsy and has a hard time opening his left hand so it's another way to get some more therapy in!

Funny thing is, if I'm not home at bedtime he does his own special thing that they love with drawing on their heads...

Plop! Plop! Fizz! Fizz! Oh what a relief it is!
