Yeah, that doesn't sound so promising. But if there are two possible reactions (allergy and histamine) I'd watch for both when you're trialing it now?

Another NAET treatment today.

I did the iron mix (after failing the muscle testing HORRIBLY) and DD did the grain mix. The vitamin A mix was next on her list, but the practitioner got a "no" when she (muscle)tested asking if she should treat with that mix today. So we skipped ahead to grain mix. Even after the treatment, it didn't seem like we were getting a real clear pass, but she's not doing any grains right now anyway, so hopefully that will give her body plenty of time to let the treatment do its thing.

For those who don't read the chat thread, I thought I better post here too-

DD has been sleeping GREAT since her grain mix treatment this week!!!

That is most excellent news.

We had another treatment last night.  DD passed the grain mix bigeyes.gif, so the practitioner decided to start breaking that one down into components.  She did gluten, wheat, and corn.  I did the grain mix.

All was fine- surprisingly, no meltdowns after the treatment.  She was just her regular self.  Had a decent bedtime, and she slept like a LOG until 4:30am.  From that point on, she was tossing and turning and whimpering every few minutes.  Today, she's got the beginning of a rash all over her arms- looks like possibly the start of a gigantic eczema outbreak.  Which would be weird because, 1) she hasn't had any eczema for close to a year I think, and 2) I don't think we've ever seen it on her arms.  But it's definitely getting bubbly, and it's clustered in groups all over her arms.

So I'm not sure if this is NAET related, or something else entirely.  I can't think of anything that we ate or did yesterday that would have caused a reaction.  Curious.

It's so hard to figure out all all the variables isn't it?!

I'm rooting for you guys so hard you must be able to feel it!!!! :D

Thanks Jane.  luxlove.gif  And yeah... it is hard.  I still don't have any food suspects for the rash, especially since we've never had a rash quite like that (specifically the location.)  It's still there, though not quite as red as yesterday.  Now it's just clusters of flesh-colored bumps.  So strange.

Hi,

I was out of USA for the last 6 months. What happened after November? Very very interested in knowing. Please? Hoping it is all excellent :fingerscrossed

We gave up for now. DD continued to lose foods, and in November she was diagnosed with eosinophilic esophagitis and colitis. Then she lost even more foods, and now she's on elemental formula. crap.gif

I am so so sorry CS :(  This hurts real bad - I cannot imagine how you must be coping.

Thanks. I've kind of made peace with it (kind of..), but it was really hard to accept in the beginning.
