My baby is two months and half old. I came across the Tulper Technique recenlty. http://www.maternalfitness.com/
I would like to try the splint and the exercises
Belly Bandit is effective right after delivery so I was wondering if I'm also too late for the splint and its exercises. Thanks

Everything I have read so far says that you have up to six months PP to bring your abs back into place.

Can you please quote me one source saying that I only have up to 6 months to get rid of my gut? Thanks.

Sorry, I don't have time tonight. I researched this issue about a month ago now and found the six months thing said more than once. All I did was a few various searches on Google.

My own OB told me that some of the binders help with it, and he's had patients use them not until one year PP and had results within weeks.

I think that's the hips that can only be strapped and brought back for a small window? I'll never know because I didn't do it. It's definitely not the diastasis. I've not been doing the program very consistently for years (my youngest is 6) and I still had a 2 finger diastasis 3 months ago. It is finally now healed up for the first time ever because I've been doing everything right! Grandmas can splint and heal this issue. (And so can men!)
