Hi ladies, this is my first time being threadkeeper and I'm nervous already!

Tested today at 9DPO another BFN....I still see a slight shadow but I think it's either the indent where a positive line would be, or I'm imagining it. Surely if it was a line, it would be more visible than yesterdays test and it isn't. Oh well...onto cycle 6

Anyone else testing today? Lets see some BFPs this week!

Samy23 -- I'm sure you'll be just fine as threadkeeper!

I don't temp or test to pinpoint O (yet?!), but based on average cycle length and AF tracking, I'm 4 dpo (CD 21). I don't plan to test. I should be about 10 days from AF (or not!), but it's hard to wait! This is my first 2ww ever, so I completely understand why people do a lot of testing. I definitely have that compulsion.

Chances are I'm not pregnant, and if I were I doubt I'd be feeling anything unusual, but I've certainly tricked my brain into noticing every little "different" thing I might be feeling.

It might also be that I'm currently reading The Whole Pregnancy Handbook, just for kicks.

well I did the insemination last night and doing it again today. I could swear I felt ovulation pain on my left side. After today I will be on my 2ww.

samy23- I hope you get a bfp. It's probably still too early to find out. But I wish you the best!

Ha ha, yeah, totally. I'm 7 dpo and have been psyching my self out since 3 DPO. I feel nothing, NOTHING. But then I feel little things that are probably, you know, gas or indigestion, and can't stop thinking, What if? What if? It's so hard not to overanalyze! If I feel nothing at this stage of course I'm not pregnant, if I notice anything at all maybe I am...ridiculous. I'm going to test at 11 dpo if no temp drop that morning, because that's usually when I get my temp drop.

samy thanks for the new thread, and girlfriend, do not give up on a cycle at 9 dpo!!!! the chances of a pos hpt at 9 dpo are miniscule- it's just when it happens, we all hear about it. we forget all the bfns, in fact, nobody hears about most of them, they just get dismissed and swept under the rug. you can not expect a hpt to be accurate before 12 or 13 dpo. if it is before that, that's just a bonus. hang in there!!!!

Samy- 9DPO is really early, dont lose hope yet.

So I had some weird symptoms last night. I kept waking up with sharp pains in my uterus and a shooting pain down my groin. It made me dream that AF was here and I got up just to check. Now I have AF type cramps and lower back pain. Af is due tomorrow. I still feel queasy although its not as bad as yesterday.

15DPO, temp was down a fair bit today, so I didn't bother to test. No AF yet though.

Hi ladies! I'd like to join if you don't mind. :-)

I'm on my 7th LONG cycle of ttc #3. I'm 23 years old and have DD (2.5) and DS (14 months), both of them conceived in one shot while not TTC. Now I'm finding it very frustrating that it's taken this long when we actually really WANT another baby. *sigh* anyway, I'm preaching to the choir here. lol. I've been a part of the TTC in our 20s thread but somehow I never found this one?? haha. Nice to meet you all here now though. Good luck and baby dust to all of us! Oh and you can add me to the waiting to O category since I'm on CD 6. nothing exciting here. Can't wait to see all the beautiful BFPs this month!! Seems it's been slow the last few weeks. Must mean we're all saving them up for a big surprise at the end of the month ;-)

Thanks for the new thread, Samy! I agree with karmab, you are totally not out from a BFN at 9dpo. That's so early. I think it does sound like you're just seeing the shadow of the antibody strip, BUT that doesn't mean you won't get a glaring BFP in a few days!

AFM, my pre-O temps are all over the place again. I'm keeping temping conditions as consistent as possible and I know I'm going to have a heck of a time getting crosshairs again this month even if I do O because they're so up and down.

I'm having an issue with some unexplained pain in my leg and will probably have to have an x-ray sometime this week. I'm not wild about getting an x-ray or MRI to begin with, but it's not a soft tissue injury, it's been going on for a while, and I want to make sure I don't have a stress fracture that isn't healing or some sort of tumor.

Most likely I will O this week or next (though with me you never know). Do you think I should take this cycle off from TTC due to the radiation exposure? It's my femur about halfway between my hip and my knee, so fairly close to the lady parts vs. an ankle or something. How long after x-rays would you wait to try again?

AAM... 9-10dpo. Nothing here to obsess over. I have a dental appointment Wednesday morning, so will test then if AF isn't here first. That's right about when she is due, anyway.

Hi ladies! I am noticing myself get so anxious for those that are in their 2ww! I really admire those people that can go the full two weeks without testing. Wonder if I could do it this next 2ww. Holding light and hope for those waiting to know.

I hope you dont mind me piping in, i graduated from this thread in april after 7 long months, but still read this thread to see how you are all going.

I just wanted to say my test at 9dpo was negative, with maybe a very light antibody strip but flash forward to the next day and i got my bfp, although very light, so dont feel disheartened your bfp may still arrive!

Stevi- I woke up this morning thinking of you and wanted to check in and see how close to testing you are, goodluck, everything is crossed for you!

Nothing exciting on it now, but who know what it'll show a few weeks from now! haha! Hope everyone's having a great day. I just got in a huge fight with DH and as a result am staying home from the big family dinner we do most Sundays with his family... at his suggestion. *sigh* not good for keeping stress low. But I'm sorry he was just being a jerk today and when I didn't coddle him (because I have stress of my own today too) he got all pissy and said he didn't need my help and I could just stay home. Well, I'm glad I did because I honestly don't feel like dealing with his prissiness plus seeing his whole family right now. But still, it's upsetting. Plus we only have one car and since he took it I'm kind of stuck here all night. And of course our cabinets are empty. haha. I'm sure I'll survive But still, I'm just irritated. Anyway, I know you all will understand where I'm coming from and it feels good to be blatent about it. I can't really post it on facebook because of family and stuff, plus I dont want to just spread our business to our friends, but I also dont feel like talking to friends about it. It's like sometimes it's more stress to talk about it than it is to just let it go. But because everyone on here is so supportive but still anonymous it takes care of both. Anyway, now I'm rambling. I'll probably catch up on episodes of Beverly Hills 90210 (I'm working my way through the series) and do some chart-stalking tonight. haha! Thanks for listening ladies!!

I tested this evening when I got home and it was BFN. I think AF will come tomorrow. I am 12 DPO approximately. I only monitor my CM/CP to determine ovulation. I really thought I would see a BFP.....
