Oh the spit up!

Rosy is 6 1/2 months old. Just in the last month or so her spitting up has gotten soo bad! It's literally every 5-10 minutes, not a lot, but consistent. Unfortunately she is formula fed. I haven't introduced any new food in the last week, so far she's had carrots, sweet potatoes, avocados, cottage cheese, and greek yogurt-plain. I give her probiotics in her bottle every morning. I don't know what I should do! Take something away? Add something new? Lessen up on the dairy? Give her more yogurt, in hopes that the probiotics will help her gut not spit up less?

Thanks

I would try lessening the dairy, but DS has dairy intolerance. He as he has gotten older (9 months) can tolerate a little dairy (in my diet). Maybe she has a sensitivity and can only tolerate so much dairy.

Kinda the glass filling analogy for allergies. Each allergen introduced fills the glass a bit, so alone your ok, but too many together and the glass overflows.

I hope you find something that works!
