2010 overweight and pregnant

i didn't see a thread like this and their was one through my last pregnancy so i thought i would start one for this pregnancy.

This is the heaviest i have been at the start of a pregnancy and i am concerned how that will affect this pregnancy. Has anyone had any complications do to their weight?
