Thanks! I've been having a busy week so I haven't had much time to work on it. All that's left is the hood then weaving in the ends and blocking it. I'm still not used to the colors and I recently told my husband, "At least traffic will easily see her when we go for our evening walks," haha.

I love the colours! I think it will look really cute with a pair of jeans.

Please post another photo when it's finished so we can see.

Hi again! I've been battling a horrible infection for almost a week already but I felt good enough to block and take pictures of the almost finished jacket.

I went to the local craft stores and couldn't find buttons that matched at all. Do you think these brown buttons would look alright? I mostly just have tree branch buttons and a cheap bag of buttons from Michaels (that's where the brown buttons are from). Maybe someone knows a place where I can custom order buttons that doesn't have a 2 month long wait list. Maybe clear buttons would look better? I'd have to order those online though.

It looks so nice! I really like the pattern on the bottom half of the sleeves and body.

I think the brown buttons look okay... but clear, pink or yellow would look better. Try your nearest thrift store - that's where I usually get my buttons.

OMG! Totally cute. The colors are great!

No, I wouldn't let either of MY daughters go out in that because it's infant sized and wouldn't be very modest on my teenagers. But I would have dressed them in something like that when they were babies- in fact, I like it better than the pale pink thing my great-aunt knitted them as babies.

The brown buttons look OK, but not great. Hot pink, purple, or yellow would look perfect, and white or black would also be a better choice than the brown.
